About Owner
Exquisite Delites™ was founded in 2007 by Timika, a mother of three with the knack for decorating and celebrating. Enthusiasm and creativity come naturally to her. She began her journey by baking and decorating cakes as a hobby. Shortly thereafter; she began sharing her talent with family & friends and soon interest grew. Seeking to improve her natural abilities, sharpen her skills as well as develop her cake artistry; she enrolled in and completed cake decorating courses. Timika has since held positions in popular craft stores working as an Instructor teaching Cake and Cupcake Decorating Courses to adults and children alike.
In 2013 Timika decided to leave the custom cake making behind as she developed her own curriculum based "Cupcakes with Class" Workshops offering them to elementary schools. By doing so, she has been able to demonstrate that an activity as fun as cupcake decorating can be equally educational.

As a Program Coordinator for a mentoring organization; she assisted with "Boys Only" character education groups as well as created and facilitated her very own curriculum based "Girls Only" leadership workshops. Timika has been responsible for programming content, special events and overseeing day to day operations of before school care, after-school and summer camp programming.

Additionally, Timika's work as a paraprofessional educator has given her further experience working with children with emotional support and special needs. Timika's primary focus and ultimate goal is to educate, excite and empower every child she encounters.
